I am saved by grace. We are ALL saved by grace through faith, and it is my mission to share this message with as many as I can.

“For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God…” Ephesians 2:8

We all struggle. Life is not easy. This world throws challenges at us daily. Some are easier to overcome than others. It is easy to give up or to grow bitter. My hope is that through my message, others can find hope and encouragement and be lifted up. Know that you are not alone in this world. There are others out there going through similar struggles as you. As humans, we are meant to encourage and support each other. More importantly, there is a God out there, who loves you just for WHO YOU ARE! He wants you to succeed and to find happiness, and most of all, He will forgive you if you believe and have faith! It doesn’t matter how bad you think your sins are, you are not lost.

So who is Saved by Grace? My name is Molly. I live in a small suburb in southwestern Indiana in the heart of the Midwest. I live with my husband, daughter and two cats. I am a mother, a wife, a daughter, a teacher, a musician, an entrepreneur, a friend, and many other roles. I was raised in the Lutheran church where I first grew in my faith.

I am also a sinner, guilty of theft, dishonor, lust, gossip, anger and so much more. A victim of depression, abuse, divorce, crime, miscarriage, loss and so much more. I do not say these things to seek sympathy or attention, but rather to show that there is more to people than what we see on the outside. I am a real person who has real problems. Not a single one of us is perfect. We have all been through “stuff”. It’s how we use our past experiences to shape our lives that matters. You can choose to dwell in the past, or you can use it to define and shape your future in a positive way.

I had my 40th birthday last year. Some people might get depressed around this time in their lives, a sort of mid-life crisis. I, on the other hand, don’t think I have ever been more at peace and content with my life. That doesn’t mean that my life is perfect by any means! I still have my share of struggles daily. However, I have come to the realization that if I place my worries and burdens on God instead of trying to figure them out myself, peace comes naturally.

So,whether you have already come to faith, have strayed from your faith, or have never believed, I hope that you find some peace and encouragement through the sharing of my stories. Perhaps you will develop a closer relationship with God, or even build a new one. By sharing my personal experiences, the good, the bad, and the ugly, I strive to offer a glimmer of hope in your world.
